EPA Proposes Settlement for Former Lawrence Metals Site in Massachusetts

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to recover response costs for the Former Lawrence Metals Site in Chelsea, Massachusetts, in exchange for a covenant not to sue for past costs.
