Copyright Royalty Judges Correct Proposed Rule and Extend Comment Period for Cable Systems

The Copyright Royalty Judges are revising a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on July 30, 2018, and extending the public comment period for modified regulations requiring cable systems to pay an additional royalty for sports broadcasts, in addition to existing royalties under Section 111 of the Copyright Act.
