US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Thai Rubber Bands Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that rubber bands imported from Thailand are being or are likely to be sold in the US at less than their fair market value, and has postponed its final determination and extended provisional measures.
