EPA Approves 2017 Revisions to Wisconsin's Air Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving changes to Wisconsin's State Implementation Plan (SIP) regarding construction permit rules and the definition of 'emergency electric generators' in NR 400. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) submitted the request for revision on May 16, 2017.
