FHWA Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement Notice for Southern Evacuation Life Line Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is immediately rescinding its Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Southern Evacuation Life Line (SELL) project in Georgetown and Horry counties, South Carolina, effective immediately.
