FMCSA Exempts Eight Individuals with Epilepsy from Epilepsy and Seizure Disorder Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to eight individuals with epilepsy who have had seizures and are taking anti-seizure medication, allowing them to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce.
