EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Information Collection Request for No-Discharge Zones Under Clean Water Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comments on a proposed information collection request to establish no-discharge zones (NDZs) under the Clean Water Act section 312, as part of its ongoing efforts to renew and extend the current approval through March 31, 2019.
