VELCO Files Application to Amend Presidential Permit for Highgate Interconnection Facilities

VELCO, the operating-and-management agent for the Joint Owners of the Highgate Interconnection Facilities, has submitted an application to the DOE to update the permit, reflecting changes in ownership and transferring ownership interests among the joint owners.
