Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for S99 Alford Street Bridge Replacement Project

The Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone along the Mystic River in Massachusetts to protect people, vessels, and the environment during the replacement of the steel grid deck on the S99 Alford Street Bridge, which began on October 1, 2018, and will last until April 30, 2019.
