SEC Approves Rule Change to Enhance Transparency in Mortgage-Backed Securities Division

The Fixed Income Clearing Corporation has received approval from the SEC to correct outdated references and increase transparency in its Electronic Pool Notification Rules governing the mortgage-backed securities division.
