US Army Corps of Engineers Issues New Policy for Altering Civil Works Projects

The US Army Corps of Engineers has released a new policy document outlining the procedures for processing requests to alter USACE Civil Works projects, following public comments and revisions, effective September 10, 2018, and available on the USACE publications website and Section 408 website.
