Coast Guard Proposes to Reduce Navy Pier Safety Zone in Chicago Harbor

The US Coast Guard is proposing to shrink the Navy Pier Southeast Safety Zone in Chicago Harbor to alleviate congestion near the Chicago Lock during fireworks events, while still prohibiting entry to the area and allowing the lock to operate normally.
