West Memphis Base Railroad L.L.C. to Lease, Operate, and Purchase Property in West Memphis, Arkansas

The City of West Memphis, Arkansas, has entered into a lease agreement with West Memphis Base Railroad L.L.C. to operate and manage the railroad property, with the option to purchase the property in the future.
