FMCSA to Submit Information Collection Request for Household Goods Motor Carrier Policies to OMB for Review and Approval

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on its plan to submit a revised information collection request (ICR) related to Form BMC-32, which pertains to household goods motor carrier policies of insurance for cargo liability under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1986 (49 U.S.C. 13906).
