National Indian Gaming Commission adopts Final Environmental Impact Statement for Wilton Rancheria Fee-to-Trust and Casino Project

The National Indian Gaming Commission is adopting the Bureau of Indian Affairs' 2016 Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Wilton Rancheria Fee-to-Trust and Casino Project in Elk Grove, California, to fulfill its obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act regarding the Tribe's request for the Chairman's approval of a gaming management agreement with BGM Co, Inc.
