EPA Withdraws Partial Deletion of Beloit Corporation Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final Notice of Partial Deletion for the Research Center Property of the Beloit Superfund Site from the National Priorities List due to a failure to publish the rulemaking in a local newspaper as required by EPA policy, announced on July 16, 2018.
