Amendment of the Prohibition Against Certain Flights in the Pyongyang Flight Information Region (FIR) (ZKKP)

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended a prohibition against certain flights in the Pyongyang Flight Information Region (FIR) to allow U.S. air carriers, commercial operators, and some individuals with airman certificates to operate in the area, with certain exceptions. The new rule will remain in effect for two years.
