US Proposes 2019-20 Groundfish Fishing Rules for West Coast

The US government has proposed new rules for fishing groundfish off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, aiming to prevent overfishing and rebuild depleted stocks, in line with the Magnuson-Stevens Act and the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
