U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on American Burying-beetle Incidental Take Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a permit application that would allow an oil and gas company to take American Burying-beetles as a result of habitat impacts in Oklahoma, in accordance with the Endangered Species Act.
