FMCSA Proposes Amendments to Lease and Interchange of Vehicles Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing to modify its 2015 rule on lease and interchange of vehicles for passenger carriers, extending the compliance date to 2021 and narrowing its applicability to certain contracts and agreements.
