U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel FIRST WAVE

The U.S. Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to grant a waiver of the U.S.-build requirements of the coastwise trade laws, allowing the carriage of up to 12 passengers for hire on a vessel that is three years old or more, specifically the vessel FIRST WAVE.
