EPA Deletes Union Chemical Co., Inc. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 1 has announced the deletion of the Union Chemical Co., Inc. Superfund Site in South Hope, Maine, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
