DHS, USCIS Submit Information Collection Request for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility Under Immigration Act

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are requesting an additional 30 days for public comments on an information collection request related to waiving grounds of inadmissibility under the Immigration and Nationality Act, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 review process.
