OSMRE Requests Renewed Approval for Surface Mining Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking renewed approval for a collection of information related to designating Federal lands as unsuitable for certain types of surface coal mining operations, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
