NSF Publishes New Term and Condition Regarding Sexual Harassment and Assault

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has published a new term and condition addressing sexual harassment, other forms of harassment, and sexual assault, building on its 2018 intention to develop and implement such a policy, and requiring 3,000 U.S. institutions of higher education and other NSF-funded organizations to fully investigate complaints and comply with federal non-discrimination laws.
