Notice of Availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Tule River Tribe's Proposed Fee-to-Trust and Eagle Mountain Casino Relocation Project, Tulare County, California

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, along with the Tule River Indian Tribe, City of Porterville, Tulare County, and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, is making a Draft Environmental Impact Statement available for public review regarding the Tribe's proposed acquisition of 40 acres in Tulare County, California, for gaming and other purposes. A public hearing will be held to receive comments on the document.
