Association of American Railroads Quarterly Rail Cost Adjustment Factor Approved

The Association of American Railroads has received approval from the Board for its fourth quarter 2018 Rail Cost Adjustment Factor (RCAF) and cost index, which includes adjusted and unadjusted rates of 0.457 and 1.079, respectively.
