EPA Submits Request for Land Disposal Restrictions Information Collection for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an information collection, known as Land Disposal Restrictions (EPA ICR No. 1442.23), which is set to expire on September 30, 2018. The EPA is seeking an additional 30 days for public comments on the proposal.
