US Department of Commerce Finds Indonesian PET Resin Imports Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin from Indonesia are being sold in the US at less than fair value, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930.
