SEC Grants Exemptions to Investment Companies Under the Securities Exchange Act and the Investment Company Act

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued orders granting exemptions to certain investment companies from specified provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as well as certain rules under these acts.
