EPA Deletes Davis Timber Company Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 has officially removed the Davis Timber Company Superfund Site in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
