EPA Amends NEPA Official Under Procedures for Implementing National Environmental Policy Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule amending its responsibility for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act and assessing environmental effects abroad of its actions, following an agency reorganization that only affects the title change of the designated NEPA Official.
