DHS Proposes Changes to Correspondence Records System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security is updating its 'DHS/All-016 Correspondence Records System of Records' to expand categories of individuals and records, and to comply with new data breach procedures, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
