SEC Approves Proposed Rule Change by Fixed Income Clearing Corporation to Process Conditional Prepayment Rate Claims

The SEC has granted approval for the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation to codify the processing of conditional prepayment rate claims in the MBSD rules and make other changes, as proposed.
