Notice of Orders Issued Under Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act During August 2018

The Office of Fossil Energy within the Department of Energy issued orders in August 2018 granting authority to import and export natural gas, liquefied natural gas, and to amend long-term multi-contract authorization for LNG export, as well as allow electronic service in proceedings.
