EPA Exempts Maltodextrin-Vinyl Pyrrolidinone Copolymer from Tolerance Requirement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Maltodextrin-Vinyl Pyrrolidinone Copolymer (CAS Reg. No. 1323833-56-2) in food and feed commodities, following a petition submitted by Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry, LLC under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
