EPA Notifies Public of Negative Declarations for Solid Waste Incineration Units in Minnesota

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received negative declarations from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) regarding the absence of Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) units and Other Solid Waste Incineration (OSWI) units in Minnesota, submitted on February 3, 2017, and June 21, 2017, respectively.
