Oregon Approves Tribal-State Gaming Compact Amendment

The State of Oregon has approved Amendment III to the Tribal-State Compact for Regulation of Class III Gaming between the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians of Oregon and the State of Oregon, paving the way for the Tribe to operate Class III gaming facilities.
