BLM Revises Regulations to Reduce Compliance Burdens and Restore Longstanding Requirements

The Bureau of Land Management is rescinding and revising regulations related to waste prevention, production subject to royalties, and resource conservation, aiming to reduce unnecessary compliance burdens and restore requirements that were previously replaced.
