Contract Reporting Requirements of Intrastate Natural Gas Companies Reaffirmed and Reformed by US Commission

The US Commission has issued an order addressing pending requests to reconsider or clarify its 2019 reporting requirements for intrastate natural gas companies, reaffirming most of the Final Rule and extending filing deadlines to 60 days. The Commission also plans to explore potential reforms to semi-annual storage reporting requirements.
