Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Regulated Navigation Area on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary restricted area on the Upper Mississippi River to ensure public safety during emergency repairs to the Sabula Railroad Bridge after a vessel collided with it, and to protect the environment.
