NMFS Approves Regulations for Northeast Skate Complex Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has approved new regulations to implement the Northeast Skate Complex Fishery Management Plan Framework Adjustment 5 and 2018-2019 specifications, aiming to establish consistent catch limits and improve management of the skate fisheries with the latest scientific information.
