EPA Approves Missouri Air Quality Plan to Meet 2012 PM2.5 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2012 Annual Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), requiring the state to limit emissions that contribute to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance in other states.
