Coast Guard Modifies Bridge Operating Schedule for Painting and Preservation Work

The US Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule for the SR 529 Highway Bridge across Steamboat Slough in Washington state to accommodate painting and preservation work, allowing the bridge to remain closed to navigation for a longer period.
