US Department of Commerce Finds Taiwanese Company Underpaid for Optical Brightening Agents

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Teh Fong Ming International Co., Ltd. (TFM) sold optical brightening agents from Taiwan at less than their normal value during a two-year period, resulting in a potential antidumping duty payment
