FHWA Solicits Candidate Projects for Interstate System Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Pilot Program

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking applications from state transportation departments for projects in the Interstate System Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Pilot Program (ISRRPP), which allows up to three states to collect tolls on interstate highways to fund reconstruction and rehabilitation efforts.
