OSMRE Requests Renewed Approval for Coal Mining Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking renewed approval for the collection of information related to permit revisions, renewals, transfers, assignments, or sales of permit rights for coal mining activities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
