Electrolux Seeks Waiver from Energy Department Test Procedure for Clothes Washers

The U.S. Department of Energy has announced receipt of a petition from Electrolux Home Products, Inc. for a waiver from certain portions of the DOE's test procedure for determining energy consumption of clothes washers, and has granted an interim waiver to the company.
