US Office of the Chairman Announces Revised Model Adjudication Rules

The US Office of the Chairman of the Administrative Conference of the United States has released revised Model Adjudication Rules, designed for use by federal agencies in designing new and revising existing procedural rules for trial-type hearings involving fact-finding before an adjudicator, available at https://www.acus.gov/model-rules/model-adjudication-rules.
