Record of Decision for the Na Pua Makani Wind Energy Project Environmental Impact Statement

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made a decision on the Na Pua Makani Wind Energy Project, allowing the project to proceed with the issuance of an Endangered Species Act permit and habitat conservation plan. The project, which spans 21 years, will involve the incidental take of six endangered species.
